From our door to your customers

We work as a fulfilment partner for a number of direct-to-customer service providers. Each provider offers their own unique service, but our fulfilment process generally remains the same.

We receive the prescription orders to be fulfilled from your chosen service provider. The prescription orders are processed to good distribution practice (GDP) standards by our dedicated and specially trained team, securely packaged and labelled with your client’s delivery information and then shipped using our chosen courier partner. All of this ensures that the products arrive at your client’s door safely and on time.
