Closed caps can be used for lots of different applications including sealing off giving sets and end extensions, capping prefilled syringes and connectors.
When disconnecting the end extension from the giving set to move the patient, use closed caps to seal the giving set and end extensions (only needed on the giving set if a needle free valve has been used on the end extension).
